Syntax

[@label@] { options } EXDEF [*] expression


Implemented in iMath since version 2.2.0 or earlier. The optional label is possible since version 2.2.8 .

Explanation

Create an expression. The most frequent use is with VAL to find the value of a symbol or an expression.

The starred form will suppress printing of the result.

If a label is given, the expression can be referenced by later iFormulas.


Example
