Syntax

{ options } EXDEF [*] expression


Implemented in iMath since version 2.2.0 or earlier.

Explanation

Create an expression. The most frequent use is with VAL to find the value of a symbol or an expression.

The starred form will suppress printing of the result.


Example

EXDEF VAL(y) finds the value of y.
