A vector can be created by the following methods:

expression : expressionThe given expressions are the first and last element of the vector. In between more elements will be interpolated to make a total of 20, e.g.x = 1:20will give a vector containing the integer numbers from 1 to 20. -
expression : expression : expressionThis form gives the step value for interpolating the elements between start and end element in the third expression. -
bracket expression ; expression ... bracketThis form lists all elements of the vector explicitly. -
STACK { expression # expression # ... }Office math syntax. - By extracting a row or column from a matrix, either through the mindex function or by vector and matrix element access.
